    Daniel Altmaier (GER):
    Career High ATP #44. Upset 7th seed Matteo Berrettini at his French Open debut and has been a consistent top-50 presence on tour.

    2020

    Event not held due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

    2021
    Ray Sarmiento (USA): Career High ATP #287. 3x NCAA Champion and one of the most decorated collegiate players in American tennis history.

    2022 — Summer
    Gabriel Diallo (CAN): Career High ATP #33. Davis Cup Champion with Canada and 2025 ATP title winner at the Libema Open. One of the most exciting young players on tour.

    2022 — Fall
    Alex Michelsen (USA): Career High ATP #30. 2023 ATP NextGen Qualifier and the youngest American to reach a Masters 1000 quarterfinal since Andy Roddick.

    2023

    Ozan Baris (USA):  4x ITA All-American at Michigan State. Won the 2022 US Open Boys' Doubles and led MSU to their first Big Ten titles since 1967.

    2024

    Johannus Monday (GBR): Career High ATP #212. 6x ITA All-American and 2x SEC Player of the Year at Tennessee, finishing with a career record of 105–25.

    2025
    Aidan McHugh (GBR):
    Career High ATP #298. Glasgow-born Challenger circuit standout and multiple ITF M25 title winner, including right here in East Lansing.
